Jordan" Subject: Alloy: Alloy Calendar I thought about this at work today. I think I must do something either "Eastern Bloc"-ish (as I sit surrounded by the creme de la kitsch Sovietique) or very "Flying North" (as a tip to my maternal heritage)... Now, where did I leave that flying helmet and those goggles... Snow flurries tonight - I'm so excited!!!! Cheers, Melissa - -- Melissa R. Somehow I think he'd like that... :: I think so too! :) !! The production of these may be a bit too expensive for this particular calendar project though, since I'd hoped to be able to produce things that each participant could receive, no matter how many. But your Rubik variety Dolby's Cube is a really wonderful idea. What's the most inexpensive way this could be done? Does anyone know origami? Perhaps we can supply instructions at the back of the calendar on how to make lovely shapes from its pages... there must be some kind of cube connotation we could invoke. And Dolby-themed origami could be fun..! We had our first dusting of 'lake effect' snow yesterday, and it was so beautiful driving into the storm. I can't wait for more :) I hope we get buried this winter!
