My guess is that since there wasn't a space between the .org and the dash, either Monya's mail program or mine (Eudora Pro 4.1) considered everything until there was a space part of the URL, thus generating a 'No DNS' message when clicking on it (at least in Netscape). Now if I only could figure out which article in which edition. ;) Robyn M >Monya De wrote: > >> Hi all, >> >> Just wanted to brag about my second piece of published work ever. Congratulations Keith! Is your new job located in the TechCenter? Ohh...the daily drive to the TechCenter :( or for me through the TechCenter into highminded society(Highlands Ranch). Does this mean you can't follow me to make sure I get home ok? ..LOL.. >snip< Even though I have a new job, I actually have an old boss. I'm working for the same boss that hired me a year ago with USA Global Link. That's awesome! It's nice to have a boss you know you can work with. Well, I just thought for once I would say hello since the most talk I ever have with you is through my love JAMac. Take Care and Best Wishes your new job!! I'll very likely not do any more updates for a little while (I'm buried with projects til the beginning of November) but please keep sending in your photos/questionnaire answers in the meantime. This new Alloy Names to Faces gallery is going to be fantastic once it's all together, thanks to all who contribute. Meanwhile, if you have not done so already, go over to www.beatnik.com & check out the Sonified Showcase Feature. There are some wonderful projects there (making me impatient to get going on one of my own..!) that I can't wait to play with. Has anyone tried them? This afternoon I visited the Magic Forest Symphony - the vulture icon is irresistable - but couldn't get through thanks to 404 Not Found. I'm going to keep trying. What I've seen of it so far looks (and sounds) incredible. I tried to play with Frogola today too but it just kept giving me 'script errors' again and again... not my day! Robin T wishing she could play with the frogs... but remembering the vulture fondly :) ------------------------------ End of alloy-digest V4 #266 ***************************
