You must be so proud of your beautiful family! Robin T ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 23 Mar 1999 14:13:49 EST From: RThurF@aol.com Subject: Alloy: in case you were wondering I may have posted this information before, if so please forgive me for not remembering. It's very striking anyway, even when said twice.. In preparing to have Mr Dolby as one of the subjects for a painting I'm in the planning stages of, I decided to sketch him off his various videos to get a good idea of proportion etc. To my amazement I've found that Dolby is mathematically perfect from the waist up! Most of the images in videos are close-ups of the musician, and this view is all I've been able to observe for much of the time thus far, hence this unintentionally strange qualification. Pretty cool, eh? Robin T ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 23 Mar 1999 22:19:41 EST From: RThurF@aol.com Subject: Alloy: if I may indulge.. A few weeks ago we were discussing songs we'd like to hear Dolby do a cover of. I've just been playing my Superstition cd (Siouxie) and I think if Thomas did a cover of 'Little Sister' I'd be verrry impressed... damn, I knew I should never have watched so many of his videos this afternoon, sketching during my lunch break. I should know better than to put myself into visual Dolby overload! This has happened before, with dire results (do I feel another desperate proposal of marriage coming on..?) Note to Mr Dolby - if anything from me appears in your 'in' box over the next 24 hours, just hit delete, I beg you! I'll be gone again for a little while as we pick up everything we own & relocate, this flood of posts today is probably the counterbalance for a brief absence then.\ See y'all soon from another state!
