I am of Russian Jewish heritage and had some relatives gassed at a Dauchau (sp) concentration camp so here I am watching this tragic story anyway and all of the sudden the Nazi asks her to "choose" one child to live and the other to die...at the time I was alone in the house breastfeeding my one year old son. I didn't go into panic but the grief I felt was unbelievable. Enough from me today, I get my car towed today to a shop because my clutch went out last night! Oh I asked my ex-husband last night about the TDR show here that he handled many years ago...at least to get the name of the band which I can't recall...I think the first time I posted here I said it was lost planet airmen or something, you guys must have died laughing..."yeah right, what a windbag this one is..." '-) I had a 2 year old and a newborn so I didn't make it or I'd remember for sure, had my hands and everything else full! HE doesn't remember the show! I said "how on earth could you forget about a show with the best keyboard wizard in the world when you are a musician yourself?" He says "well you can't remember the name, I was handling 3 shows a week, still in a band, going to school full-time too, remember?" OK I guess I can understand...a little...but of all the shows to forget? He claims in the book that the computer made it poss to read the bible "under the bible."..this is called bullshit. It has been disproved but it was on the best seller list for many months in the USA...go figure. Yeah, the pattern thing...he claimed english (why english?) words were sitting there waiting if you used cyphercode technology to uncover it. I do believe in prophecies being accurate many times, both biblical & Nostradamus. There is a book on him from 1993 where it actually says that 98-99 there was a potential "president forced out of office in mid-term." I swear it says this, and there is no way they knew this in 1993. Something has drawn psychics, prophets to forcast strange events around 2K and "if time is like a river with eddies, flows, currents" (Harlan Ellison based star trek:city on the edge of forever episode) maybe all these "minds" were drawn to 2000 for reasons that may be something of the "parallel destiny" nature...a lot of disasters at least or diverted barely? "Fascinating" as Spock would say... > it has been turned Unlucky and Unlovely! === Svasti-ka (sanskrit) had a million meanings going back thousands of years from nearly every old civilisation...in all cases it was good luck, spiritual, harvest, good fortune sign, even a sign of purity (which may be why he stole it) I do know there is evidence still today that Nostradamus drew the symbol on the wall and there were witnesses of his emotional state concerning the misuse of the symbol. I have a 1908 postcard and I scanned it and posted it on my www.darkpoet.com site:hate steals your energy link, it has a rabbits foot, a horseshoe, 4 leaf clover on it. It's unreal to look at it in a different light. Hitler "reversed" the symbol. Hello earth dwellers of the 1930's, the opposite of good is evil. ==== take care Mary Ellen! However, my personal distaste still goes out to "The Key To Her Ferrari". This is Dolby at his worst in my eyes and I just don't understand how this song could have been recorded by him. Some friends here in Virginia take a Dolby poll every year and count down the Top 40 on a cassette tape and I have voted "Ferrari" at the bottom every year. On an interesting side note only 3 different songs have ever finished at No. 1 since we started this many years ago-"Radio Silence", "Europa", and "That's Why People Fall In Love". I enjoy reading other's opinions since we all have different favorites but most of mine still reside on "The Golden Age Of Wireless".
