From what I recall, it's quite good.  I like everything they've done, but "Second Story" was probably the pinnacle.  Used copies are cheap, so go for it.  You may also want to check out the Owls albums "Our Hopes and Dreams" and "Daughters & Suns," as Brian Tighe was also part of that group (but didn't usually sing lead).
