What's wrong is they let their domain name registration lapse.  It 
expired on the the 14th but fortunately they appear to be using Network 
Solutions so it's (hopefully) locked in pending renewal mode. This is 
why I use auto-renew.

Their myspace page @http://www.myspace.com/rainbowquartzrecords points 
to the record company as of 12/26/11, 5:45pm PT.
