woo hoo!! always nice to turn others on to music! happy to spread the word and help pass it along, that's the main reason I love the days of the internet. I remember when I saw Swedish band, Marching Band in Austin at SXSW. I said hello after their showcase and when I told them I had their album they asked how I knew about them. I told them I heard them on my Scottish friend's podcast. makes the miles and oceans seem small when I can get tuned in to a Swedish band via a podcast based in Scotland all from the comfort of my home in the US!! lauree :) On Thu, Dec 16, 2010 at 10:16 PM, Peter Scott wrote: >> -----Original Message----- >> From: audities-owner@smoe.org [mailto:audities-owner@smoe.org] On >> Behalf Of lauree >> Sent: Friday, 17 December 2010 1:05 PM >> To: audities@smoe.org >> Subject: Re: Weather Barn (formerly Cast of the Capital) >> >> Glad you like it! > > Me, too. > > And I couldn't help myself: I blogged about one of the songs on their "Park > hands" single: http://tinyurl.com/3a8bmkh. > > Thanks, Lauree, for alerting me to a band I'd never heard before. > > Have fun! > > > Peter. > > > Peter’s Power Pop > http://auspowerpop.blogspot.com/ > > > > >> I'm a regular reader of Kowalskiy blog.
