I had just added my two bits after Sam's addition of Graham Parker to
the list of unjustly ignored folks, but got told  that my email was
being delayed because the body of it was too long (I had just added one
line, fer chrissakes!)

 

But to jump in in a timely manner, here's what I had written.

 

That's the name that had popped in my head.  But Graham has famously (or
not so "famously") rejected the idea of being in the hall....
