Hello everybody,
I had the pleasure of attending the Charlotte Pop Fest where I saw &
heard many outstanding songs and sets.  The artists were very friendly,
the in-stores were loose & fun, and I picked up several items that the
artists signed for me including a 12" vinyl version of "Meteor" by
Shazam!  And hanging out with other Auditeers was icing on the cake.
I'm already looking forward to attending next year.

Meanwhile I'm seriously considering a road trip to Toronto for IPO and
was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a hotel in the
vicinity of the Rivoli?  All I need is a room with the basic amenities
since I expect to spend most of my time exploring the city and going to
the shows.

And recommendations of record stores to visit are also appreciated!
