As a matter of fact, my source is the current issue of Mojo, page 16: 
"Titled LET'S CHANGE THE WORLD WITH MUSIC, it consists of home demos 
of 11 songs he submitted to Sony in 1992 as the follow-up to the 
band's Top 10 album JORDAN: THE COMEBACK. But when Sony's A&R regime 
remarked uneasily upon the collection's religious imagery, Paddy felt 
it had been 'rejected in a roundabout way.'" The article goes on to 
state that at the urging of his manager, he listened to the rejected 
DAT for the first time since 1993 and decided to put it out as is. So 
there you go: it's unclear whether these are solo recordings or if 
Wendy and Martin were involved in their recording, but it's not a 
brand new album.
