i actually saw them at The Horseshoe in Toronto... I think that was 
their first time in Toronto as the two Garys did not have The Edge 
yet. I snuck in after midnight when the cover was off and caught 2-3 
songs including the only song I remember (Born in the 50s). I thought 
they were ok :)
there was probably 10-20 people there. nobody i knew.

has anyone mentioned "The one in The Middle" by manfred mann? It name 
checks every band member including singer paul jones (the one in the 
middle). it was originally written for the yardbirds but they passed.
