If this has been mentioned before, I apologize, but this has totally been off my radar... It looks like after about 10 years of laying low, Columbus, OH's Lollipop Factory are back (and have been since 2007). They even have a new album called "Away in a Trailer." Sounds a ton like the heavier parts of Queen and Jellyfish (they even have a stand up drummer). The clips on their Myspace page sound like they've never been away. http://www.myspace.com/lollipopfactory I loved their first album "Soon" back from the mid-90's. They've been touring they're butts off in the Midwest/southeast areas. They're playing here in Charlotte in a couple of weeks (Explorer's Club here this weekend!!). Anxious to catch them. Anybody hear their new album or see them live lately?
