ok, it took me a bit of time and sorting out things, but I managed to
purchase a download of the album here:

the Island Tunes link under digital download links to 7digital and
will allow US residents to purchase it and I could use paypal...after
conversion, it's about $7.31 US, at least at the moment.

I feel very accomplished...
