Surprisingly enough, no.  I wrote up a piece on the latest rumors a 
couple weeks ago for my new day job, and Ray is now claiming that the 
band is not only rehearsing for a 2009 tour, they're (democratically 
this time) writing new material for a comeback album featuring the 
entire original lineup.

The impetus this time seems to be that poor Pete Quaife is having some 
medical issues of his own, and a tour would be both financially and 
spiritually restorative.
