Funny that you bring up 'Lily, Rosemary, and the Jack of Hearts,' because I've been telling all my friends in music that there's a track called 'San Francisco B.C.' on the newest Silver Jews record that very much reminds me of that song in its cinematic scope.  Six-and a-half-minutes of romance-gone-wrong followed by crime-caper-goes-wrong, with the two stories resolving into one at the song's denouement.  Really, really good.
