"I am trying to remember what date it was at the first IPO (1998) when 
the following bands played at the El Rey:

Velvet Crush
Wonderboy
Starbelly

I know it was a Tuesday, but I can't remember if it was July or Aug. I 
thought it was in late July, but now I think am getting it confused with 
the 2nd IPO, as I remember that was in July, so it might've been late 
August."
