Hey all - 

I am asking this question on behalf of a friend (no, really)...

I know someone on the list will know this more quickly than she can search for her program from the first IPO in 1998.

She is trying to find out what date it was at the first IPO when the following bands played at the El Rey:

Velvet Crush
Wonderboy
Starbelly

She knows it was a Tuesday, but can't remember July or August.
