I would go with McCartney, Rundgren, Prince, Emitt Rhodes and Roy Wood. They
are all able to write music and lyrics, arrange, produce and play every
instrument, Roy Wood especially comes under this as his range even extended
to painting cover art, playing the strings and also the brass instruments,
not to mention bagpipes!
