This discussion got me interested, so I picked up the EP when I was out and about today. I can't say I'm knocked out. Track 4 seemed to be the most together of the songs. It does have a slight F Mac sound to it. Midlake was more so... Interesitng anyway. I'll check out the full length next time I'm on the radio. rs Mike Bennett wrote: >A couple albums that I've been totally captivated by. > >The Foxes have one prior EP, which I need to get. Someone recommended them to me, using Midlake as a comparison. I can see the comparison, but Fleet Foxes are more rustic. Maybe a midpoint between Midlake and Iron And Wine? They have superb harmonies. The album just came out on Sub Pop. > >.... > > -- Ronald Sanchez Director Of A&R Career Records Donovan's Brain
