I own the new one but never heard the first one, so can't compare. I did get the cd/dvd set , so I saw a lot of live takes on songs from the first one. I enjoy them. They definitely have a dark ,mythic vibe to their music, but I like how it is all put together. My initial reaction was the singing. I saw them on Conan and they were very much into performing and singing like angels. The dvd has them rehearsing and you can tell they are into this for the long haul. 2 songs off the new one that I really like are "Invasion" and "If you're wondering". I look forward to watching this band grow. > From: jeff.teez@comcast.net > To: audities@smoe.org > Subject: Re: names / Eisley > Date: Sat, 5 Apr 2008 12:27:21 -0400 > > >On an unrelated note, does anyone have any comments on the more recent > >LP by Eisley?
