Certainly not!  A list, preferably RANKED, of your Top 20 pop albums 
(whatever that term means to you) can be sent to me personally or to 
the list as a whole at any point in the foreseable future.  I expect 
the final tally to appear about a week or two after whenever Pop 
Underground is officially launched.
