Has no mentioned Glenn Tilbrook yet ? I only seen 1 Squeeze performance but I've seen Glenn play solo a few times. One particular show I enjoyed was when he led the crowd outside and we walked and sang around the block and back into the venue. Paul Kelly is also outstanding. Versatile songwriting and strong storytelling. For North American folks, try to see him if you get the opportunity. I've only seen FOW once at a taping for Austin City Limits. They sounded fine but from their nearly expressionless faces, it was hard to tell if they were having any fun themselves. They have an upcoming set that will be the Ovation channel on March 13th. I've also seen Butch Walker once with The Let's Go Out Tonites. They put on one of the best sites at Austin City Limits Festival last year. Here's a clip from that show : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gXKTvj6vtmI One of my favorite live acts is a local (Austin TX) band, The Ugly Beats. They're one of the few bands that brings out the dancer in me...lol ! This live clip is a good example of what they do : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gXKTvj6vtmI. For folks in LA and San Diego, they're headed your way on May 2nd and May 3rd. Go see them and you can thank me later :-). Cheers, Jennifer _________________________________________________________________ Shed those extra pounds with MSN and The Biggest Loser! http://biggestloser.msn.com/
