Sarcasm? How on Earth can you spot sarcasm in an email?
  What if I wasn't being sarcastic? What if I'm used to dealing with people that believe in what they believe, and can take a little ribbing?
  What if the percieved sarcasm is a reflection of your own reaction had you been me?
