If you're talking about seminal pop albums, at least from my personal experience, Gotta Have Pop has got to be there.

swear I would have included both Gotta Have Pop and one by the Wackers in my 
own top 200. I also would have placed Shake Some Action by the Groovies in 
the top 10 (probably around 2 or 3).
