Good Grief indeed. I can't imagine any case the RIAA brings against someone for copying legally bought music files to their PCs will hold up in court. As the article points out, there is plenty of legal precedence for overturning such a case. Can you think of any other industry or trade group that is so hell bent on alienating its consumer base?
