My wife is going nuts because she heard a song while getting her hair  
cut and can't figure out who it's by. All I have to go on is that it  
seemed relatively current production-wise, had a male singer who had  
a smooth voice who may have been a Brit, judging my a few accented  
words. Lyrically it could have been a father speaking to a son, or  
brother to brother, who betrayed him or went astray or something. The  
words "Danny boy" are in the chorus and it has a "na na na" ride out.  
She's fixated on it being Brendan Benson or even Jason Falkner, maybe  
Duncan Sheik, but I haven't found it in any of their respective  
catalogs. Not really downtempo, more bouncy, she says.

Oh God, please help ...
