Dunno if it's exactly what you're loking for, but my friend John Wendland does a very cool radio show on St. Louis's fine community radio station KDHX ("Memphis to Manchester" - Thursdays at 8AM Central) and today's was his annual Christmas-themed show.
John's a Christmas music fan and makes comp CD's every year for the past ten years or so, with nary a duplicate track.
