Uncle Bob...is being feisty..

However, I think Uncle Bob and Uncle Jaime are good people..for instance the thread on Canadian pop bands was great..especially those bands that sing in English....when you think how hard it would be for them to try and sell records in the USA if they sang in their native tongue (French), I just have to applaud the efforts of those Canadian bands that translate their lyrics for us. I mean the guys in Sloan..you can barely tell they are French!

anyway..the less than flattering comments by Uncle Bob and Uncle Jaime are just ¨lost in translation¨..it comes across as negative..but it is just that they are working from French to English..so..please..be understanding....don´t be the Ugly American on this board..let the French have their say!!
