Why do you characterize it in such negative terms?

It's so easy for those of us who aren't interested to hit 'delete,'
though--and for those of us who ARE interested in maybe adding to our
collections, it's a lot more convenient to be able to scan the list
without having to compose a reply and have the seller write us back. And
of course it's easier for him as well.
