And interestingly (and to my great delight), Mike opened a recent show in New York (at Joe's Pub) with "Happy Birthday Risbee", which I'd never heard live, backed by a fuller than full band, including a string quartet, glockenspiel, keyboardist, backup singers - it was a veritable crowd up there. And it was superb.
