Actually, it was a sample from a performance of a Stones song by the Andrew
Oldham Orchestra ("The Last Time"), not an actual Stones song (unless you
were referring to the publishing --  Klein owned the publishing (ABKCO) 
but did he own the master copyright? I can't recall, but don't think so.
