They serve a mean smoke meat sandwich at the Costcos in Toronto too. ----- Original Message ---- From: Lawrence Dunn To: audities@smoe.org; audities@smoe.org; audities@smoe.org Sent: Saturday, May 26, 2007 8:28:13 PM Subject: Re: Do you still qualify as a "celebrity" at this point? I was dragged to Costco in Richmond, CA yesterday by my wife; we apparently needed three dozen rolls of toilet paper, eight gallons of enchilada sauce and a metric ton of mixed nuts. Anyhow, as we walked in past the picnic furniture and the flat-screen TVs, there was a woman barking something about Mick Fleetwood over the blare of "Rhiannon". A few seconds later I pushed my cart past the guy himself, seated at a folding table, signing bottles of wine for a few (and I mean few) people. Apparently, the guy now has a winery and he's promoting it by making apperances at big-box discount stores. Ah, the glamour of rock 'n' roll. --Chris Bucholtz ________________________________________________________________________ AOL now offers free email to everyone.
