"The Love I Lost"? Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes? (featuring Theodore Pendergrass. GOOD God, y'all.) -----Original Message----- From: audities-owner@smoe.org [mailto:audities-owner@smoe.org] On Behalf Of Rafael Paulino Neto Sent: Sunday, April 29, 2007 9:32 AM To: audities@smoe.org Subject: Song ID Help (disco music) Yesterday, a friend showed me a song he wanted to know who did it. It was a disco song, probably from that time period (70's), with a male singer that had a voice similar to Tom Jones, or even Barry White. The chorus went like 'our love was a...(then some word I couldn't understand)', and just after that, the lyrics went like 'never, never, never love again'. Upbeat, fat, thick production, backing vocals, etc. Obs.: It's not 'Never Fall In Love Again'. I'm really not much into disco music and I am quite unfamiliar to it except for the major hits, so any help will be welcome. Rafael.
