Very cool tune. I wouldn't say it was circa "Flowers In The Dirt" only because that album was geared at an adult contemporary sound....great tracks, but a LOT of laid back stuff (with the exception of the Costello co-write "My Brave Face"). This new tune is more playful like "Coming Up"....it's raw and organic....just like the kids are doing these days. No reverb. No EQ on the guitars or drums. Hmmm....JUST like McCartney II where Paul decided that mixboards were evil and recorded directly into the tape deck. If the whole album is like this, I'm in. However, if the rest of the record features rewrites of "Put It There", I'm out. Not that there's anything wrong with "Put It There"....but it would be a step backwards into Adult Contemporary Land (where McCartney loves to wallow). _________________________________________________________________ Add the Windows Live Messenger NHL Stats Agent to your buddy list and get your stats fix instantly http://sports.sympatico.msn.ca/NHL/NHL_Stats_Agent
