As Mark E might attest, Chuck Berry's "Hail! Hail! Rock-N-Roll" (the 4-disc edition) is a wild ride.  Well worth the time you'd need to invest to sit through it all.

And I second the vote for "The Concert For George" - among the highlights (for me) was seeing Paul and Ringo onstage together.
