Off the top of my head, the last two Elvis Costello DVDs are exceptional. "Club Date: Live in Memphis" was shot a couple of years ago in HD in a little sweaty club in Memphis with The Imposters. "Hot as a Pistol, Keen as a Blade" was just shot last year with Allen Toussaint and band. Sound and picture on both are outstanding. Also, the Austin City Limits DVDs are all pretty good. Coming out in early May is the full 2 hour Guided By Voices concert (only 30 minutes were broadcast). -----Original Message----- From: audities-owner@smoe.org [mailto:audities-owner@smoe.org] On Behalf Of Lee Elliott Sent: Saturday, April 21, 2007 7:45 PM To: Audities List Subject: DVD Music I like music on DVD more and more all the time. I just got my first big tv hooked into the stereo and all that stuff - it make the concerts more fun - cranked up in the dark. Anyone have any big favorites? -- Lee Elliott I want that Raspberries HOB show! ======================================================================= Detailed Audities-List information: To manage your Audities List settings or unsubscribe:
