one of my fondest memories of the late 90's Poptopia/IPO shows (can't ever remember which, sorry David!) was seeing the Merrymakers in Los Angeles out at Spaceland, and whilst staying with Not Lame impressario Bruce Brodeen at the Orchid Suites, where the boys happened to be staying that year, we proceeed to cram all the Merrymakers, myself, and another passenger, with Bruce at the wheel, precariously driving back to Hollywood from Silverlake.....back at the hotel, we bumped into Chris von Sneidern, and he and the Merry's played guitars and sang for hours to whomever was there!!!

A night to remember indeed!!
