And if not the Rubinoos, then certainly (and most recently) "Answer The 
Phone" by Sugar Ray's 2001 s/t album...or the theme song from the animated 
cartoon "Kappa Mickey" where the lyrical battle cry is "Hey, hey/Look, 
look".
