'Hits!' has been a favorite since I was a kid ... 50% for the hot pink
suit jacket.  One of those bands I had a hits package for - then never
pursued the albums.

It's strange when that happens - the songs I know on Silk Degrees
would probably sound out of context for me - instead of finally in
proper context.

Also ChangesOneBowie, Eagles Their Greatest Hits, Staring At The Sea
... my point if I have one being I think it more difficult to learn an
album when you've owned and loved a piece of it.  I had a cassette
once that would only play one side and to this day - I don't like the
second half of the cd.  Then there's favorite mix tapes from friends.
