"Follow Your Bliss" by The B-52's is another really cool instrumental 
track.  And the instrumental recordings by Japanese eleki guitarist 
Yuzo Kayama & The Launchers are worth checking out by anyone that digs 
surf guitar (esp. "Black Sand Beach").
