Gah, I'm gettin' old. I just noticed that most of the artists here are acts
I already liked from years before. Too busy and/or too lazy to check out new
artists? At least the top two are new (to me, at least.)

Most of my musical searching this year was for the job (finding appropriate
temp music for film scores.) That's my excuse for not having a full 20 pop
picks this year (first time since the Audities poll started, I think). Also
my excuse for not having heard the new ones from Cloud Eleven, Willie
Wisely, Green & Yellow TV, Linus of Hollywood, Blue Cartoon, Maple Mars, The
Lolas, The Toms -- I know I'll get to them in '07.
