To answer Matt's question .... Mate, you are not alone, not only have I 
never worked for Amplifier, I don't think I have ever READ Amplifier.  I 
believe is is like a kinda glossier version of Bucketful of Brains, yeah?

Regarding the earlier post where the editor of Amplifier statement implied 
"You don't advertise with us, we don't cover your bands"...  bear in mind 
we don't know the context ... we don't know the relationship between the 
two people involved, maybe there had been previous disagreements, maybe 
they just don't get on, maybe one had misled the other in a previous 
business transaction.  All I am saying is that it is unfair of us to form 
an opinion on one person just because another person posted part of a 
private dialogue between the pair.  By all accounts the editor dude has 
people on this list who have worked for him and get along with him just 
fine, maybe we shouldn't rush to judgement.
