Amy Winehouse's album is fun (and she beats the hell out of the 
pathetic Joss Stone, to whom she's unfortunately often compared), but 
it's not a patch on Lily Allen's stylistically similar debut, which 
I'm deliberately leaving off my 2006 list because it's coming out in 
the states early in the new year.  Lily's "Smile" is definitely going 
on my singles list, however.
