If you're a British Invasion fan, I recommend "Ready Steady A-Go-Go", 
which I discovered from the Fufkin web site.

My hands down favorite is also British, but non-music:  The Ricky 
Gervais show, with Stephen Merchant and Karl Pilkington. Hi-larious!
