How do we know if someone joining the last.fm group is a member of the 
mailing list?  The options for membership are as follows;

1. Open membership
2. Owner approval
3. Member approval
4. Closed membership

I can set it to Member approval for now, if that's what's wanted.  Not 
sure how it works, but it might be worth a try.
