For me, it's a tie between Tim Lee's "Concrete Dog" (easily his best solo 
record) and the Parallax Project's "Perpetual Limbo."
Granted, there is some bias on my part (M. Giblin produced the new Milkshake 
Jones LP), but it's a record I return to again and again.
