I figured that seeing as Audities has figured so largely in my life for the last 10 years, this album is my nod of tribute to you all who've pointed me in the direction of much of this music. In many ways, i would have no career at all if it wasn't for joining this list, and SOOP #2 is like the soundtrack of songs that have inspired me. I'd like to think it was something many listers would enjoy. As for a companion disc, i think i may be the only person in the world that has all the original tunes, especially because 'Urban Skies" comes from an album i produced for Carl Hemmings that still remains unreleased. Maybe we can find a way of offering.. (maybe through Not Lame) a download of the original tracks. These artists are all certainly worth tracking down. Love to hear any other thoughts on the disc from those who've picked it up.. Thanks again MC www.mcarp.com www.myspace.com/michaelcarpenter www.lovehzstudios.com www.myspace.com/thesupahip
