Sure, die-hard fans are the likely targets for re-issues with new bonus 
tracks. But one of the reasons for the multiple re-issues has to be 
about keeping an artist's catalogue available to new buyers. I have to 
think that with a seminal artist like EC, there are new (albeit not huge 
numbers of) fans finding his stuff all the time.
