If you know that going in, you're less likely to be disappointed, which is a good thing, because they're not that bad. Just bear in mind that the Only Ones owe a LOT more to Mott the Hoople than to the Buzzcocks: they were only vaguely associated with the punk scene (the drummer had been in Spooky Tooth!), and were more of a tougher-than-average mainstream '70s rock band that saw the wisdom of wearing short hair and black suits.
