I am asking:

I saw the review for this renamed version of the Japanese Only import, non 
weed, Roger Manning release.   The review indicated:

Finally, Roger Joseph Manning Jr's debut album is available in plastic! 
And it is everything you ever loved about Jellyfish and more...!

So now I am asking,  does this mean there is a full fidelity, actual hard 
copy (CD) of this now, and if so, where can I get it?

I am not hip enough for weed files.  I saw that Cordless records (the 
label) indicates that it can be downloaded from various mp3 spots for a 
fee.  However comma  I just want the actual copy with no loss due to 
compression, actual paper album artwork, non - import price (i.e. not 
$40).
